My skin itches and feels like needles are poking me!!?

It happens whenever I'm in the sun for a long time and mostly when I'm running around in the sun, what is happening to me? I've never had the feeling of thousands of needles stabbing me just because I went out to play :(My skin itches and feels like needles are poking me!!?

You need to go to the doctors. It sounds like shingles, but the sun part is throwing me off.
