My son fly in he ear?

my 4 year olds son have been complaning of ear hurt for past few day" he say a small fly go in he ear and not cme out

You need to take him to a doctor. If he does have a bug in his ear and it stays in, he could get an infection and get sick.

Take your son to the doctor. ASAP.
Take him to a ENT(ear, nose, throat) specialist.
A fly only lives a day. If your son is hearing a buzzing noise than he may have an infection. Please bring him to an ear, nose, and throat specialist or his regular pediatrician.
Take your son to the doctor or free clinic ASAP. You don't want the fly laying eggs in there, which really can happen.
