My running nose wont stop...how do i stop it?

it is very annoying i keep sneezing and having a running nose the whole day. i've used about 1000 tissues.
what are the best solutions?

u can try d saline nasal spray "Nasoclear" mfd by liva healthcare ltd(comes in 15 ml bottle) and chew tulsi leaves everyday it will recover u soon from cold and flu problem. Instead of rubbing wid tissues number of times(makes ur nose red like lips) if ur comfortable den try to blow off closing another nostril in the basin as that vl not allow the cold to get accumulate in ur lungs.
Try using some saline nasal spray. You probably need an antihistimine, like Benadryl, too.
If you can get an Rx, Zyrtec works wonders for allergies.
Only and antihistamine will stop the symptoms.
Shove cotten in your nose... just kidding... You need an antihistamine, but be careful. Many of them, like Benadryl, can make you drowsy. The best one (from personal experience) is Claritin (Loratadine is the generic name).
