My friend is cutting herself.how can I help her?
You can tell someone about it.her parents, a teacher, a doctor, anyone...just tell someone so she can get professional help. Staying silent while she mutiates herself isn't going to help her, and a true friend will get her the help she needs...even it she gets upset about it. Wouldn't you rather her be alive and mad at you than dead?
Tell someone that you can trust. If you tell her parents they are likley to freak out. Also most people who cut do it to relieve stress. They feel so overwhelmed that they don't know anyother way to go about it. The will try to tell you that they are being careful and in reality they don't relize what they are really doing to thierself.
