My chest hurts?

it goes away and come back its like a dull pain on the left side of my chest? whenever i get it my left arm hurts and i feel really weak?
im 15 so im guessing its not a heart attack..(is it possible at this age?)
anyway i get these rally weird pains all over sometimes like a throbbing soreness a lot of times in my head or like on my legs.. around joints??
any idea what this is??

You need to see your doctor.
You should tell your parents of your symptoms and have them to take you to the doctor to make sure it is nothing serious. That is the best solution to your problem.
