My feet and trainers get smelly really quickly. its irritating.how can i help it? i do wash daily?
Sprinkle baking soda in your shoes daily.
Put dryer softner sheets in your shoes at night and the smell will go away.
Change your socks frequently.
Don't wear shoes that don't breathe, like patent leather.
My son has this problem. I use Listerene Mint mouthwash after he scrubs his feet in regular soap. The mouthwash kills the germs that cause foot odor. He's really bad, so I also spray his shoes w/deoderant.
In view of your next question, give up yoga again.
spray deoderant on them
do you wear socks in your trainers, cause if you are not your feet can get awful smelly. Make sure they are pure cotton and not wool mix. Hope you find your feet don't sweat so much after trying that
Throw them away and buy new ones. They were really invented to be disposable but Adidas and the others got greedy and bumped up the price. Toss them.
wash your feet at least twice daily-remove the sponge insole from your trainers, cut around some cardboard or floor lino and change it after a few days,or wash the lino under a tap-then reinsert it.The smell is mainly caused by bacteria thats soaked into the insole.Use a tea tree talc-that should clear the problem-also change shoes when lounging around the house.
Put your trainers through the wash...
