He (most likely) could have Kleinfelter's(sp?) Syndrome, in which they have more than one X and a Y, or he could be a hermaphrodite. He could also have a rare disease in which two embryos fuse together into one during the very early stages of pregnancy, in this case a male and female embryo. He could also have Turner's Syndrome, in which a boy shows feminine features or a girl shows masculine features. There are so many.
He/she is your friend, so ask.
unless your friend was born a hermaphrodite, he's a man. If he was born a hermaphrodite, tell him to go see a physician. They can see what type of reproductive equipment your friend has on the inside and can tell him. Or, like some other hermaphrodites have been known to do, can choose their own sex.
Dude that is a dude. NOBODY is born with developed breast, at a mature age all humans have breast plates, women have more developed breast. And many fat males have breast.
You're saying your friend doesn't know his/her own sex? Well, what does he/she feel like? That's the most important factor.
Sometimes, in fact, pretty commonly, boys grow breasts. It's called gynecomastia. It can be embarrassing, but it doesn't make the boy a girl, just a boy who, through some hormone imbalance, grew breasts. That's the most likely thing that's going on with your friend.
