So I am going on a cruise on June 29th and I want to be able to take off my shirt on the ship. I usually try out diets and portion controls but sometimes it's not enough. dont go out to eat. no mcdonald's. no burger king. no ruby tuesdays. no olive garden. no processed foods either which means: no hot pockets, no frozen dinners (unless they are lean cusine) no frozen pizzas or anything else of the sort. eat only homemade foods from scratch because they are a heck of a lot lower in fat and sodium.
try to get active, go to the park and play basketball or run even if its only for like 5 minutes a day. it helps.
