Maouth ulcers.?

apart from the obvious bonjela, anyone got any other ways of getting rid of them?Maouth ulcers.?
Of Chinese origin?
Do salt and water gargle then get some Glycerine and honey which is very soothing and also helps, You poor thing hope this helps.
