Motrin makes me depressed, can you suggest a good OTC antiinflamitory?

I recently broke a bone, and the doctor gave me some pain meds, but I asked if it is possible to have an anit-inflamitory. He suggested Motrin. I tried it, and found it made me depressed. So can anyone suggest something else? I told my mother and found out she had the same reaction to it.Motrin makes me depressed, can you suggest a good OTC antiinflamitory?

Motrin can cause depression or mood lability in high doses. Ask for something else.
