Lips? inside of my mouth?

For some reason, my lips peal by my gum? Or is it my gum? I think it is the bottom of my lips inside my mouth. Why? What should I do?

Well, is it the skin on the inside of your lip or your gum? Many people chew on the inside of their mouths as a nervous habit and aren't even aware of it. Is it in the morning after you brush your teeth? After I brush my teeth, I get skin that peels off on the inside of my mouth. It usually starts about an hour after I brush. For me, it's because of a harsh toothpaste.
