I just saw it in the shampoo aisle in Meijer's the other day. I can't tell you the exact name as they had a few brands. I believe it was referred to as the "dry" or "camp" shampoo, where you used it without water.
I'm sure that other 'big box" stores would carry it too.
Try aloe vera gel, it has healing and cleaning properties.
