I don't think it is a health risk ...if you don't do it everyday then I wouldn't be concerned ...it's the daily smoking that may be more of an issue.
I know that when a cigarette smoker needs surgery that is not an emergency they need to quit a month in advance before the surgeon will do the surgery
no, youll not be intoxicated with any drugs/alcohol on tuesday. so its okay to party. just drink alot of water to clean out your system so they dont find traces of anything.
Depends on what the surgery is on. If you are getting your knee operated on or something not related to vital organs you should be fine.
