Long-term side effects of Effexor and Cipramil?

I was wondering if there are any know long-term side effects of these two antidepressant drugs. I'm very worried about this...

I don't know about Cipramil but I'm on Effexor. I found that I've gained a few pounds. If I forget to take my night pill, I feel paralyzed in the morning. Doctor says it's a withdrawal symptom. I try to take it as directed as much as possible. Otherwise, the medicine works really really good.
